The Berlin-based cloud telecommunications provider LOX24 has completed the transformation into LOX24 GmbH. This paves the way for further growth and internationalization of the service offering.
The change in legal form from a sole proprietorship to LOX24 GmbH took effect retroactively on June 1, 2015, with registration in the Commercial Register on September 30, 2015. The company thus takes into account the positive developments of recent years. With first-class communication interfaces, specialist expertise, and reliable service, LOX24 has become one of the leading application-to-person (A2P) Mobile messaging providers in Germany have risen. Through a transparent product portfolio and pioneering IT solutions, LOX24 has managed to establish itself as a firm leader in the industry in a highly competitive environment.
The current founder and owner, Mr. Miguel Bastl, has been appointed as Managing Director. This reflects the continuity of the company and provides promise for continued successful cooperation with customers and suppliers.
