How your bulk SMS works

  1. Recipients

    Upload recipients

    Drag your CSV (Excel) file into the web interface. Numbers, names and other columns are imported and can be saved as a group.

  2. Message

    Write your message

    Write your text and insert placeholders such as the name. The preview shows how the SMS will look to the recipient and how many SMS parts it has.

  3. Sending

    Choose sender and time

    Your company name appears as the sender, with up to 11 characters. Send immediately or schedule the send, for example for Saturday at 9 a.m.

  4. Analytics

    Track the results

    Delivery reports show which SMS were delivered. For campaigns with a short link, you can see the clicks; replies arrive in your inbox or by email.

In Germany, you need the recipient's prior consent to send advertising by SMS. LOX24 makes it as easy as an email newsletter: you add a subscribe or unsubscribe link to your SMS text. Anyone who unsubscribes won't receive any more SMS from you.
