All prices are net per SMS of up to 160 characters to Germany, using the Direct delivery method. With the Economy delivery method, a reminder costs 7 cents at most. If you also send an appointment confirmation, the cost per appointment doubles.

Data protection: where your data is processed
LOX24 is based in Berlin, and every SMS is protected by telecommunications secrecy. We do not share your data with third parties. Where your appointments and contacts are read depends on the add-in:
Classic add-in for Windows – everything stays on your PC. The add-in reads calendars and contacts directly on your computer. Only the finished SMS, meaning number and text, is sent to LOX24, encrypted.
New Outlook add-in – usable anywhere, processed in Europe. So that the add-in works on the web, on Mac, and on mobile, processing runs in the Microsoft cloud (Azure). The servers are located in Europe and European data protection law (GDPR) applies. The SMS is then sent to LOX24, encrypted.
How LOX24 handles your calendar data

Which Outlook do I need?
LOX24 offers two add-ins. The new Outlook add-in runs in the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, Outlook for Mac, and the Outlook mobile app. The classic add-in runs in classic Outlook for Windows, versions 2016 through Microsoft 365.
How do I install the new Outlook add-in?
You download the add-in file from LOX24 (manifest.xml). In Outlook, open “Get Add-ins,” select “My add-ins,” and then “Add a custom add-in” → “Add from file.” The SMS button then appears in Outlook. In companies, IT can also deploy the add-in for all employees.
Does Outlook SMS work on Mac?
