So that LOX24 can find your appointments with a hashtag, the service receives read access via Google sign-in to the calendars you connect. LOX24 scans these appointments for phone numbers with a hashtag. LOX24 only sends SMS for appointments with a hashtag, and only includes in the SMS the details you add as placeholders in your template.
All data is stored on servers in Europe and is protected by telecommunications secrecy. LOX24 does not share it with third parties and provides a data processing agreement (DPA).

When are the confirmation and reminders sent?
The confirmation is sent immediately once you create the appointment with a hashtag. LOX24 sends the reminders at the times you define in the template. You can also set up multiple reminders per appointment, for example one day and two hours beforehand.
What format should I use for the number in the appointment?
Use a hashtag directly before the number, with no space. LOX24 understands the international format (#+4915112345678) and the national format (#015112345678).
What details can I include in the SMS?
The appointment's title, date, time, end date, and end time, plus location, description, Google Meet link, and the calendar name. LOX24 automatically inserts them at the right place in your template.
Does this work with multiple calendars?
Yes. You can connect multiple Google calendars and even multiple Google accounts to LOX24, and create a separate text template for each calendar, for example for different employees or locations.
Does LOX24 read my entire calendar?
LOX24 receives read access to the connected calendars and scans their appointments for phone numbers with a hashtag. SMS are sent only for appointments with a hashtag, and only the details from your template end up in the message. If you want to limit access, connect a separate Google calendar just for customer appointments.

I use Outlook or another calendar. Does this work too?
Yes. In addition to Google Calendar, LOX24 supports all CalDAV calendars such as iCloud, Nextcloud, or Synology, classic Outlook including Exchange via plugin, and the new Outlook on the web. The principle with phone number and hashtag is the same everywhere.
