For each placement, the staffing agency needs complete documentation such as resumes, certificates, and proof of employment. The requests were sent via email, but many candidates rarely read their emails. Night-time phone calls took time, and some positions were already filled before the documentation was available.
The recruiting team uploads the candidate list as a CSV and sends each candidate a personal SMS with their name, position, and a link to the upload portal. The link tracking shows who has opened the link. After two days, only those who have not yet responded will receive a reminder.
