Moreover, there are recurring problems with SMS gateway providers that do not comply with European data protection regulations.<\/p>\n

  • Sender ID<\/strong>The sender ID displayed on the user's device when they receive an SMS or phone call from LOX24. It can be a numerical or alphanumeric string of up to 11 characters. Please note that in some countries there may be restrictions on the format or content of the sender ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    After you have entered your LOX24 settings, click on Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Step 2: Activate MFA in Auth0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Next, you need to enable MFA in your Auth0 dashboard. Go to Security > Multi-factor Auth<\/strong> and click on the tab Factors<\/strong>. A list of the available MFA factors will be displayed, which you can enable for your applications.<\/p>\n

    To activate LOX24 SMS and Voice MFA, click the toggle button next to SMS<\/strong> and Voice<\/strong>. You can also customize the settings for each factor, such as the expiration time of the OTPs or verification codes.<\/p>\n

    You can also enable other MFA factors, such as email, push notifications, or one-time password (OTP) apps. However, please note that only one factor is used for each user. The order of preferences is determined by the order of the factors in the list. You can change the order of the factors by dragging and dropping them.<\/p>\n
